1. Custom Jewelry and Repairs:
  • All custom jewelry and repairs are final sale and non-refundable. Once a down payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Please note that each jewelry piece is handcrafted, which may result in slight variations from the design you provided or envisioned. Due to the inherent limitations of handmade jewelry and the nature of our goldsmithing process, some features may not be perfectly exact.
2. Sizing:
  • Custom rings and bangles will be crafted according to the US size provided by the customer. If the ring or bangle does not fit due to an incorrect size provided, resizing will not be offered as a free service.
  • Resizing is generally possible with most jewelry; however, it is not recommended for rings with textured patterns (due to the risk of breaking the texture) or rings with stones (due to the potential risk to the stone). We strongly recommend having your ring size accurately measured. A ring sizer can be provided upon request.
3. Lead time & Deadlines:
  • For custom orders with a specific deadline, such as a wedding date, please notify us as early as possible. We require at least two months’ notice to ensure timely delivery of your custom piece. If your deadline is shorter than lead time (S925 &/ Vermeil 5-7weeks; Solid Gold 4-6weeks), we will make every effort to prioritize your order, provided it is feasible. It is important to communicate your deadline so we can assess if it is possible.
  • Please note that in addition to being a jeweler, I am also a photographer. This means there may be times when I am unable to respond to inquiries immediately. I kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these periods, as I will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Deposits & Order Completion:
  • Elemental will retain your deposit and the completed custom piece for up to one year from the date of the order agreement. If full payment is not made within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the jewelry may be sold or recycled. We encourage you to complete your purchase within the year to enjoy your custom creation.
5. Stone Breakage & Insurance:
  • We are not liable for stone damages in the process of setting them or if you decide you do not like it after purchase. Rest assured that our team will do our best to meet your standards and to handle your gemstones&/jewelry with utmost care.
  • In the case of stone breakage, there will be insurance coverage up to a maximum of 5,000.00 per custom piece. The insurance covers only the cost of the stone itself and does not extend to other aspects of the piece, such as labor or additional materials. Should a stone breakage occur, we will promptly inform you and discuss the next steps to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
  • It's important to note that insurance does not cover damage caused after the jewelry has been delivered to you. We recommend handling your jewelry with care to avoid any potential damage.
